You will receive your delivery once the order is placed. The order processing email will be sent and will coordinate with you for arranging delivery.

Yes, you can amend/change the delivery address- simply by sending message over whats app or sending an email from contact us. We will just require your order number and payment reference number.

Simply add the product in your basket and then you can either pay securely by using PayPal, Bank transfer or via secured credit/debit card channel.

We will inform you once your order is placed, with ETA for your delivery and installation. Our Shipping partner or inhouse shipping will assist and will pre-arrange the collectibles to be delivered with sufficient notice.

All of our products are guarranteed for 3 years which includes the structure of the collection. Wear and Tear will not include here as the same can be covered under additional warrantee cover. This cover can be added under 28 days of purchase.

You will have 14 days to return/replace the product you have bought. The delivery charges will be applied to you in this circumstances. The additional admin charges may apply here.

All orders will come along with a standard invoice and VAT receipt can be provided upon request.

To extend and improve the life of your collectibles, we strongly suggest, when using in the sitting/sofa position, that you sit on the spring centred section rather than the foam frame edging. This will prevent any potential dipping into the foam. Please treat this for any sitting you may have – if you sit in one place every time, you can expect a slight pre-mature dipping.

Of course, you can pre define the date if you need to cover your special occassion or festival. We will doouratmost to accomodate your requirement.
